A MIXTURE OF FEELINGS is something we all have and experience. It’s normal.

Our ability to manage them well is where the difficulty comes. You see, often our emotions are a reaction to something in our mind and body that came before. In some cases many years before. The instant reaction of anger, hate, resentment or fear becomes triggered before we’ve even stopped to consciously think about what’s happening to us. Over time , the negative emotions and feelings just keep on building up and impact the very core of who we are. We go through our day to day lives reacting, and sometimes over-reacting, to experiences and situations. The longer we remain in these negative emotional states, the longer we stop ourselves achieving the positive emotions we would love to have each and every day.

Would  you love to live your life in a positive emotional state each and every day. Seeing the negative emotions and feelings diminishing over time. Being able to remember back to past hurt and trauma and no longer feel the negative emotion or feeling that went with those memories. YOU CAN!
