Emotion Journal. Download the template
This will allow you to write down the emotion you felt, what prompted the emotion, what you felt about the situation/event, how it made you feel, and the directions you did/will use to manage it.
Recipe Card Directions List Download the list
I recommend you read through the directions list a few times, and give yourself time to reflect on them and become familiar with them. This will make it easier to recall them when you start working through a particular emotion. You can add more positive actions/activities to this direction list as you identify them. Choose and download one of the cards appropriate to the emotion you wish to create. Repeat for each emotion you specifically wish to focus on.
